SFDC hosts a week long annual event for interior design professionals.
For years I’ve looked forward to designing ideas that support the brand by using fun, engaging visual puns that pair the best of San Francisco iconography with interior design tools of the trade.
The goal is to inspire on all manner of creative possibilities, provocative ideas, and valuable intelligence on what’s happening locally and globally.
For 82 years, San Francisco’s own Stern Grove Festival has brought free concerts to the Sigmund Stern Grove. For many years I had the honor of art directing and designing their season artwork and marketing materials.
As part of TDC’s 2016 brand rollout initiative, I created new trade show booth graphics, pillars, boardroom design and banners to incite enthusiasm for the bold positioning.
Developed the overall look and feel for the SS&C Deliver Annual Conference. This was an opportunity to create a fresh visual approach that is modern, forward thinking, vibrant and conveys momentum. The targets included past attendees of the conference, as well as prospective clients that hadn’t visited in the past.

The Gold Collective Member Directory is a premium publication printed locally and published twice a year—Spring/Summer in April and Fall/Winter in October. The Directory includes stunning photography and professional editorials.
The Directory provides members with a platform to share their stories and philosophies, and to showcase the Collective to Bay Area consumers. Gold Collective’s audience is a sophisticated, discerning demographic that supports local cultural and philanthropic institutions, and appreciates high-quality goods and services.
Here’s another example of the Gold Collective Directory. For this edition we had the amazing privilege of working with, and colorizing patterns from Heath Ceramics.
For the San Francisco Design Center
Iron and steel and nails. These were the materials of industry when the brick warehouse that is now 2 Henry Adams was built in 1915. A century later, the building’s wares are more refined, but craftsmanship is still the focus of the San Francisco Design Center. We wanted to honor that legacy when we envisioned our new magazine, and are delighted to introduce HENRY, named for the SFDC’s founder, Henry Adams. We hope its bold new look captures the creative spirit of both the design industry and San Francisco at large.
